Eric Zuckerman grew up around the timepiece industry. After graduating from Alfred University in New York, Eric’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch a niche marketing agency before returning to his roots within the watch world. In 2005 Eric partnered with Alain Borle, owner of Pac Team, SA and together they transformed the Group into the global organization it is today, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the globe. In 2017, Eric launched PT NEXT, a division focused on the integration of custom-designed retail technology solutions for the luxury and accessories industries. In addition to his role of President at Pac Team, Eric serves on multiple boards and was the recipient of New Jersey’s Forty Under 40 award for entrepreneurialism. Eric lives with his wife and two daughters in New Jersey.
At the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis, PacTeam quickly shifted manufacturing to PPE and crisis support items, both to contribute to public good and to keep their employees working. As a result, they have developed significant expertise in this new area - expertise that will help luxury retailers as they redesign their in-store experience.

Melissa is the President of Steve Quick Jeweler in Chicago. They are a designer focused, full-service retail jeweler in Chicago's upscale Lincoln Park neighborhood, and they have been creating one-of-a-kind jewelry for Chicagoans since 1986. Their relaxing showroom is bursting with jewelry and gems collected from around the world.
In 2019 they embared on a major transition, consolidating three stores into one and investing heavily in an online presence, with a goal of creating a stronger offline/online experience that creates foot traffic for the store, and investing in continued evolution of their instore experience to meet changing consumer expectations of retail.
They are serious about responsibility and transparent supply chains. As Melissa says, "Jewelry is a notoriously difficult product category for those of us interested in responsible sourcing and supply chains. Gems, minerals, and metals are produced all over the world - most of them by artisanal miners working in isolated and far-flung communities. We want to identify the supply chains for our jewelry as much as possible - even if it means traveling to Africa (which Melissa did in 2018) or Asia to establish relationships with the people at the beginning of your jewelry's journey."
Known in the community for their support of social causes, welcoming and fun vibe, and creative store windows, Steve Quick Jeweler is a destination store with a loyal customer base.
